Nobody is on the same page regarding their own procedures. Called for 2 months to resolve a pest issue. I’ve been transferred around to different people with each of them saying a different thing. This was very frustrating as this has taken 2 months and currently still going. I paid $1300 for bat removal, They put metal wire up by my garage and trapped the bats in my house, were they came into my house. i called multiple times, they kept saying Im going to send to manager, that was in November 2025, here we are in December still no call, they lied in the notes and said someone called and left a voicemail.
