Will came out and did a very good inspection and removed a rat stuck in a trap in the roof crawl space. Tom came out and sealed off gaps & holes. They are coming out 1 more time on 2/4/26 to finish up the work & check the traps they set. One more review after they complete the job.2/4/26- The technician came back this morning to complete the work. Checked traps, re-baited as needed and a appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks to check all the traps. They did a very thorough job of sealing all possible entry points of the home. We can HIGHLY recommend this company for your pest control needs.

I love this company ( husband & wife ) locally owned business. The team they sent out was wonderful, clean, neat, thorough and efficient. I support locally owned business as opposed to the larger more expensive chain company's.

Came out the same day I called to check for a dead animal under our house. There was a strange smell coming up through the floor we thought. The minimum charge for pest removal is 150. They came out, checked, looked all around under house, found nothing and did NOT charge us since we've used them before (did new home inspection for us). So no charge and we can sleep comfortably knowing we don't have a rodent zoo under our house :) . Thank you for the excellent service!

We were very happy with our experience with We Care. The technician, Christian, called us the day before to confirm the appointment. He arrived exactly as promised. He was professional, polite and thorough. He was able to address the problem during the inspection and treated the area. And there is a 30 day period that we can have him back if we need to. A very good experience! We have tried other pest companies. We recommend this one!!

If you are searching for a pest control company you can stop here. This company checks all the boxes. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I work for a property managment company and when we need to call one of our vendors, I have high expectations that they will respond and perform without fail, everytime. We Care Pest Solutions has been consistently hitting that mark for us year after year. The office staff makes you feel comfortable that you called the right place. Their field technicians understand the products they are using, while listening to our clients concerns, sometimes offering alternatives, putting them at ease. I hate giving out five stars because people tend to skip over them, but We Care deserves it. They showed up for the estimate on time and gave us an accurate quote for the work that needed to be done. They came back to do the work on time, were clean and professional. Can't ask for anything more.

We care did an assessment of my house for dry rot post house closing. Their assessment was $2k more than the original inspection report which was fine, and I signed a contract for them to do the work on my house. They came to do work and spent the entire two weeks as expected on the job however failed to mention that they would not be doing any painting so now my house has mismatched walls which should have been clear from the beginning. While I have no problems with the job, it seems fine thus far - I'm deeply disappointed that even with the miscommunication there was no discount so that I can go out and either acquire the paint to paint myself or hire ANOTHER contractor.

After the three week treatment ($750) ended the problem with the rats was not resolved. We hired the company to do two things: seal the house to prevent entry and catch the remaining rats. It is my opinion that neither tasks were completed. At the final meeting no rats were caught so the company took their seven traps with them. I was told quote “There isn’t any rat droppings up there and we didn’t catch any rats so you don’t have rats anymore.” I told the man that I disagreed, I’ve personally seen the rat dropping in the attic myself, seen the tunneling in the insulation and hear the rats running around at night still. The company does not guarantee or warranty their work, so our contract is done, and the problem still persists.
