Fantastic service. I've had positive experiences with both Richard and Morgan. Morgan in particular is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and personable. The type of guy that a lot of home service companies are missing: Someone who's passion for the work leads to great results for the customer.

I got 3 quotes from different pest control companies for rodent exclusion and clean up in the crawl space under my house and in the attic. Sono-Marin was the third company to come and do an inspection. Dylan, one of the owners, immediately impressed me with his knowledge, his professionalism, his communication skills, his proposed solutions, his pricing, and his meticulously clean service truck. I had confidence that he would take care of the problem and stand behind his work. My confidence was rewarded. The office staff have also been great; their email and text updates make everything clear and keep things on track. I am glad that I kept looking after the first two services did their inspections. Their proposals were more expensive and I did not feel confident in their analysis of what was needed. Sono-Marin's work was thorough, timely, and fairly priced. I have highly recommended the company to friends and neighbors, as well as to my general contractor. Call them first!! I am certain that you will be glad you did!

Good communications is 95% of a company's success. I haven't even received Sono-Marin services yet, but their intake communications and advance noticing of my upcoming appointment have been stellar. I'm looking forward to working with them going forward.

Sono-Marin Pest Solutions is by far the most professional and organized pest control company I've ever dealt with. They always give plenty of advanced notice before appointments, the technician always checks in upon arrival. He takes his time and is meticulous in his work. He removes all spider webs and nests, uses different materials depending on the weather and pests he observes upon inspection, and keeps the rodent bate boxes full.

5-star customer service all around! Communication was fantastic, from the booking call through the reminder emails and the text confirming the time of the tech's arrival. I had an awful smell through my heating register and I knew exactly what it was. I called and they came out. I was very impressed with his patience and thorough understanding. He shimmied under my place and bagged the dead rat. He inspected the ducting and surrounding areas. Told me to call if any further problems. He was sincere and very reassuring. Hope I don’t need them again but if so, I won’t hesitate to use this company

They are growing their business, and I have recommended them to family and neighbors. Our regular technician Richard is always pleasant when he checks in to hear my concerns, and I always learn something from him that helps us understand how to better manage pests on our property. Our quarterly service works for our needs, and it's a reasonable rate.

I was recently stung by 30 wasps after disturbing a wasp nest. I called Sono-Marin to destroy the nest, as I had been happy with them in the past. They would not come out that day, nor were available for several days! Totally unacceptable. I called another local firm and they added my issue as a priority and arrived the next morning. I now have a new pest control company. Note: I was one of their first customers. The owners were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whoever they have answering the phones was snippy, rude and had no concern for my situation and that I had been stung over 30 times and wanted the wasp nest removed as quickly as possible, for my own safety and that of grandchildren who were coming for a visit. Original review: They are very thorough, professional and easy to work with with. I highly recommend them.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Called and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Tyler came out and handled all subsequent visits. Super friendly and educational. Properly diagnosed and solved our issue within the week. Scheduling/rescheduling platform is a breeze. Front office always answered the phone during office hours - a rare occurrence nowadays. Reasonable pricing. Did NOT try to upsell/oversell. Highly recommend!!
