Jeremy Hoekstra from 02 Termite came to our house for a termite inspection. He was awesome. He knows everything to know about termites and infestations in our neighborhood and in Santa Cruz. He was informative, efficient, professional, service oriented, and friendly. We could not have expected more. Their rates are more than fair for the room-by-room information you get, and the level of detail.

I contacted O2 termite after a property manager told me I may have subterranean termites. They came out to the home within a week and inspected it thoroughly, crawling underneath the house and checking the garage as well as the interior and exterior. I was told the mud nests in my eaves were wasps and I was charged nothing. I found this company to be knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.

Back in August, we scheduled with O2Termite a full tenting of the home we purchased before moving in. We received thorough information from Bob about what to expect and his crew got the house tented on schedule. This was two days before the CZU fire evacuation orders came. While this was a stressful time for so many people, including Bob, he demonstrated so much care and compassion. He called me several times to check in, reassure me that he would send his crew in once the area was re-opened. When the area was re-opened, Bob personally went to the house, knowing that he would be the first person to see it since the free came through the area. He called me while at the house to tell me our house was fine; and I could hear the sincere relief in his voice. This touched me so much that he cared so much. I know that I got absolute stellar service from O2Termite, and I am so pleased with the quality of work and professional integrity demonstrated.

We wanted a termite inspection before renting out our house. When I called, Bob told me up front that he charges something. I appreciated that and had read about his honesty and great communication skills. So true! He arrived punctually and did a thorough check around and outside of the house, climbing up into the attic, and going down into the crawl space. He told me about old termite activity that had been tagged and even water damage to our siding, noting the stages. That was invaluable information, since one area of damage we have could lead to much graver issues if it isn’t remedied. I highly recommend Bob and will be sure to call 02 back the next time we want the house inspected.

We had Jeremy and associate out to look at what seemed to be obvious termite activity. After some discussion he told me not to worry about it because we had our place tented about 3 years ago and colonies take longer to get going than that. They could've totally just told me otherwise and put us through a big fumigation process, but he was honest and saved us time money and a big hassle! Excellent integrity and service!

Found a small area with termite droppings and soon after noticed a pattern among the big companies, First scare tactics"--"they're obviously everywhere; this has to be done immediately" followed by an astronomical quote and upsell pressure for extended "warranties". Called our HOA who recommended O2Termite Inc. explaining "they do all our properties". Bob immediately reassured us that an isolated treatment was all that was needed and fit us in the following week. I can't say enough about how great O2 Termite is! We just moved to the area, bought a new house, and needed to have it fumigated for termites. Bob was so helpful in explaining our treatment options and answering ALL of my questions. He is knowledgeable without the slightest hint of condescension! I definitely never felt pressured or "sold to" by him when discussing our treatment options. His price was also very competitive with other estimates I had gotten. Ultimately, we chose O2 Termite because Bob was so responsive *and* he was the lowest bidder. We ended up having the house tented and fumigated. His crew did such an excellent job. I moved potted plants away from the house as instructed and I returned to the house after fumigation was completed to discover that they had kindly moved everything back for me! What service! There was even a trellised grape vine on the corner of my porch that I had gently "unattached" from the trellis wires and laid across the ground so that it wouldn't be under the tent and possibly be killed by the fumigation process. Someone on Bob's crew had gently reattached and secured it back to the trellis! How can you not love a company that cares as much about your property as you do? I highly recommend these guys- knowledgeable, professional, affordable!
