So, this was the most easy-peasy experience I think I've ever had. I called and left a message late in the day, got a call back the same early evening, David went out to the house to look at the issue the next morning without us even having to be there, and I called the office that afternoon and paid over the phone! Ridiculous! And I mean that in the good way... we hadn't even moved in yet, so this was fantastic! I don't have enough words for the levels of customer service and courtesy and general greatness that Cardiff delivered through David, and I sure as heck know who I'm calling if I have any issues in the future. You should too!

Outstanding prompt, courteous and efficient customer service from scheduling to the inspection and treatment. Juan conducted a thorough inspection and analysis of our termite problem and provided prompt treatment. He was considerate, communicative, and very polite and thoughtful. Amazing and professional service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. You can always tell someone is genuine when they are actually trying to help you help yourself instead of selling you a product. David helped my family and me when we were experiencing SEVERE pest panic. He could have laughed at us for being freaked out about bugs he encounters on a regular basis, but instead he talked us through it with empathy, knowledge and compassion. He could have tried to make money off of us, but didn't, and instead gave us so much helpful information. He made an otherwise awful situation actually manageable. Thank you!

They promptly came out and overcharged me to close up access via attic. Fine but they’re now all over house since they can’t leave anymore. Their offer is to come out, set up traps and remove bodies for $100 per visit! I can do all that for way cheaper. Very disappointed.

I recently hired these guys do perform a termite inspection on my house. I their report they listed all the finding and priced each finding individually. Per their findings they recommended multiple times to tent the house and to fumigate it, also a few spot treatments. At the end they summed up all the prices and the grand total was ridiculous. While all I needed is one tenting and fumigation job. Per their recommendation they wanted me to pay the grand total (huge amount) while all I needed is to select one tent job that was a fraction of the cost. They did not make it clear that I can select one tent job, it was not in writing on the report, as they recommended all the jobs with their grand total price (bunch of duplicated). Complete rip off! When I called the company I have pointed that out to them and they placed me on an infinite hold.

David responded to my request very quickly and came to terminate a yellowjacket nest in the yard. Very reasonable charge (much lower than the quotes from two other pest control companies). Big thumbs up!

Ryan at Cardiff was very helpful and polite. Helping us locate and treat a couple of spots at our house that had termites. I will use them again and also recommend.

Matthew came over and fixed the screen Where the pests were entering the house. Problem solved! Very professional.

Wow. What a waste of time. I'd tell anyone who values their time to avoid Cardiff Pest Control. Their process for scheduling appointments is ridiculous. I made numerous attempts to schedule a time but never was able to because I couldn't get in touch with the technician. Unless you have time to just sit by your phone and wait for them to call back, you will have to be lucky enough to call them at a time they are in the office. Every time I called the technician was always out and never available. Every time I call I have to start this process over. I requested to bypass that process and just schedule something over the phone with the person who answered my call. They weren't able to do that. Very poor service and process on their end. Avoid this company as they will just give you the run around and take no responsibility for it.

Very helpful. I captured some of the bugs and their office staff identified them immediately. On the same day technician Matthew West, came to my property and educated me on what we can do to help to solve our problem. We will use Cardiff Pest Control for all our pest needs.

They are honest and the best!!

They didn't call me back! I called them twice and both times I was told that someone would call me to schedule a appointment to see my property.
