Larry provided the most comprehensive inspection. Not only did he check for termites (I don't have any), he also noted some plumbing problems, including a leak that I didn't know I had. This was like a full home inspection with detailed findings and recommendations. He spent time patiently walking me through all his findings. I NEVER would have known about the leak if Larry hadn't identified it.

Inspectors know almost nobody checks their work, but I went under the house myself to check their claim that there was "cellulose debris" that needed $800 worth of labor to remove. It turned out to be two small pieces of wood that I could have flicked aside wiith one hand. What's worse: they thought they were working for a lady in her nineties---surely not one who would check up on their findings.This company has lost my trust. I will not do business with people who cheat others, especially those who cheat the elderly and disabled.
