I have had a couple exterminators over, but they were too pricy and I didn't care for their service deals. However, I am very thankful we came across the Professional Exterminators because we truly get amazing service at a reasonable price! Our technician Ryan always provides exceptional service! He always explains what he's doing and why, and because of his excellent customer service and attention to detail: my 5 year old son wants to be an exterminator when he grows up! I hope our services never change to another exterminator or technician! Thank you Ryan!

5 star for sure! Their technician Jon is fabulous. He is responsive when I contact him with a bug issue outside of our monthly service call. He is here same day or next day. We tried the other big guys, and after going thru a few technicians, we decided to try Profesh Exterminators. They don't make me feel like I'm a dirty person cus the ants found crumbs in my kitchen during the summer. Jon also kills really big black widows. Thank you!

Dave is super reliable and came to our rescue right away! Upon move-in to our new home, we had a terrible ant infestation, and he completely took care of it. This company caught an elusive MOLE that had been tormenting my yard for months. Traps were monitored and repositioned until the critter was finally caught & removed. What a relief! All my wasp nests were found and removed too, even the mud daubers, who were somehow in my garage door frame. I really appreciate the care and extra time put in to make my home pest free. A++++

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. We use them for our monthly sprays. We also had a recent rodent issue, and a guy came a couple days later to check it out, and set traps, and it's gone! Met the owner, and he was really nice too and gave us useful information on how to prevent them from entering the exterior of the home. The customer service with scheduling is also amazing!

I am so happy with my technician. I had 1 RAT that lived in my kitchen. I tried for 2 months to trap and/or poison the RAT. Then called Professional Exterminator. Ryan (the technician) was pleasant and patient trying to catch this very smart RAT. He was thorough and was methodical. Success happened on 30th day. Yay

I'd like to thank this business. I just bought a house and had a leak right before Christmas from vermin chewing a pipe. I called Professional Exterminators this morning (Monday 12/30). The receptionist took my complaint and said she'd have an Exterminator call me. I got a call from Mike within 30 or 40 minutes. He told me he was in the area and could stop by today. He was to my house, evaluated everything, set bait stations and a trap, as well as sprayed my perimeter for insect pests, within 30 minutes of talking to him. I have never received such prompt, kind, and AMAZING service. I set up for monthly service. Excellent customer service. Kind and professional personnel. Thank you for the GREATEST service!!!

We fought invasions of ants regularly for many years and resisted using a professional company because we have pets and were concerned for their safety. This year, the ants were at their worst. We had had it. A friend (who has chickens and goats) recommended Professional Exterminators and shared that their products are not harmful to critters. At our first appointment, Dave explained exactly what to expect before he applied the first treatment. He was professional and thorough. And, guess what? The ants are gone!! We are more than satisfied.
