Ordering directly from the company that breeds the bugs is so much better than other companies that repackage then sell. First of all, customer service has been AMAZING and has been working with me from the beginning to get my order figured out. Second, these bugs are much more active than when I order with DMV or arbico. I can see bugs crawling on the outside of the box that they got to me in less than 24 hours. I am super happy and will be ordering again in the future. Big shout out to Brian in customer service for all of his help. Give that man a raise 🙌
