Jacob arrived timely, inspected the home and explained in detail what he was going to do and what to expect. He very efficiently sprayed the interior and the dealt with the exterior. He was very friendly and professional.

Jacob was super helpful. He took care of the areas of concern.

Kyle arrived at the end of a long and very hot day but he was theee to take care of business. He called when he was about 10 mins out so we could unlock the side gate. Did a thorough job and was very professional. We discussed what he was doing and I let him know the bugs had been pretty quiet between services but we were seeing any activity by the rear fence. I also have a Pest Control Operators license and half the game is showing up on time and doing what you’re supposed to do. That’s why Patriot have been our provider for years and we won’t switch. I don’t like bugs but I got the license for our bird control business. I leave bugs to the experts at Patriot. Highly recommend them and if you’re lucky enough to have Kyle as your tech then you’ll be bug free.

Curtis did an excellent job with my rodent inspection and my regular service. Curtis is courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he spent with me to show where the rodents were gaining access and what he was going to recommend. He was pleasant in explaining what he was able to see and what my options would be and pointing out a written report/quote would be generated. He answered all the questions I had and addressed all of my concerns. He is an excellent representative. Highly recommend.
