The best company to work with, hand down! They are so well organized, friendly, experienced and the price can't be beat. Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.

Javan, the technician, arrived within the appointment window. He was friendly and professional. He told me what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. When he was finished, he knocked on the door and told me what he had done, that he had sprayed the perimeter of the house, the porch, and deck. He said he found a trail of ants from the backyard to the sidewalk in front and had set gel traps, and he also swept down the spider webs on the outside of the house. I am glad I called Bay Pest Solution!

No call no show

I've been using their service for over a year and things were fine. But recently, something must have changed at the company. Out of nowhere, they started showing up at my door without any appointment or even a heads-up. No emails, no calls, just unexpected visits. It's unprofessional and honestly a bit unsettling. The quality of service seems to be going downhill, and it's disappointing after such a solid start.

The Company needs to "call" the customer to set an appointment date and time that works best for the client. I found myself reshuffling my appointments already set on calendar. Please add this feature to your process. Thank you!

I found that the three inspections I got, all three companies said I had termites but they were in different location’s. Which leads me to believe there are no termites!

To be honestly, I am so disappointed with the service, just collected money ,serviced one time , and the employee told me he would back service, but never appears,,,,

I’ve had Bay Pest for regular pest management. Mostly the service is quarterly and the agent spends about 15 minutes applying chemicals around my house. The last few service have been within 5 minutes and I’ve had ants and spiders inside my house within 1 week. I’m very disappointed with their drop in service.

I used Bay Pest Solution for rodent exclusion. The whole experience was frustrating. 1. It seems Bay Pest Solution outsourced the service to another company because the specialist who came works for a different entity. So he doesn't have all the information about the service and I cannot consult him on anything beyond the specific thing he was told to do by the company. 2. Because of this third part issue, booking time for the service was consistently a nightmare. There is a lot of miscommunication about when the specialist will come. And he almost always came at the different time from what I was told. 3. Whatever thing the specialist did during the first time didn't work. Rats broke in and he had to come again to patch. 4. The service is supposed to include sanitization, which till now hasn't happened at all, and no one really cared to call me to follow up on this

Said they cover the Bay Area but do not cover Los Gatos, CA.

Very unimpressed. Had them in on 11/17. Technician didn't seem interested in understanding where ants were coming from, just put some powder in one place where they'd shown up recently. No noticeable decrease in activity for a week. I put down some homemade bait which had some impact for a few weeks, then after the recent cold and rain snap, this was the activity in my pantry. I will not use them again.
