Jason Fox is my regular technician and has been for the past 4 years. He is great about communicating with me by letting me know about my upcoming inspections and when he is on his way and his arrival. He is always pleasant and is happy to remedy any problems I might have concerning unexpected pests or rodents. He is an all around great guy.

The worst EVER. They are like a bad boyfriend, they make the date and say, “yea I’ll be there this time on time and everything. Yea, I know I messed up in the past, baby. I promise I’ll be there.” You’ll never guess what happened. No show. No call. Ghosted me.
