Rats Guru

I had a rat issue and reached out to Rats Guru, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Austin was professional, on time, and clearly knows what he's doing. He did a thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and gave solid advice without any pressure or upselling. Austin, went above and beyond what any other service would do. He was respectful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. He actually arrived when he said he would, with out any appointment windows. Which I really appreciated. If you're dealing with rodents and want someone who’s knowledgeable, reliable, and takes pride in doing the job right, I highly recommend Rats Guru. Great experience all around.
