Made appt for mole wievel removal services. Not only did they indiscriminately cancel the appt because their ai virtual assistant who made the appt w me didn’t register it on their end, but after waiting for the arrival of service and calling them, they had no idea what service i had booked. Never reached me in person. I took the morning off work for the arrival that never happened. They are NOT recommended.

THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. They came and sprayed for bed bugs two weeks ago, I found a bed bug today and called them, they said I could pay another $550 to come out and spray again...Why would I pay you to come NOT get the job done AGAIN!? I've had a self imposed rule about writing Google reviews until now but this really is unacceptable.

UPDATE: I tried to work with Hydrex to correct the damage they made, and hid behind contracts and "uncertainty" to brush me off. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and 7 On Your Side. I just wish companies would accept the responsibility when they mess something up. But they never do. I'm including a copy of the email I received from them, just to put their tactics on blast. So so sad that this is how businesses behave. Oh well, on to the next. ========== Today I cancelled my bi-monthly pest service at two properties. While everyone I have ever been in contact with has been very nice, they just don't seem to have it together when it comes to their business. On several occasions, they have either showed up late, or not at all. Or, they have shown up at the wrong property on the wrong day. My most recent inside spray made a mess all over ever floor in my house, which has never happened before and required I spend time cleaning floors I just cleaned. At the end of the day, dealing with them became the pest. While they are reasonably priced, I don't see the value in their service, which is a pity. I like to use local, but in this case, it didn't work out.

I've been using this company for the last 7 years. I have them come out and spray around my house for ants. They would also take precautions to not spray on or around areas of my yard where the bees might frequent, i.e. in flower beds or in my vegetable garden boxes. Today I was told that they had to reschedule my appointment because their technician has a bee allergy and was afraid to work in my yard. I was absolutely floored. I mean, one would think that if you have that sort of an allergy, maybe working for a pest company isn't the smartest job for you. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this company. I found their manager to be rude and unprofessional and the whole allergy thing, just blew my mind. Do yourself a favor and find a better company.

Not very helpful or friendly. When asked if they could try to find the hornet nest for us since we could not locate it, they simply said " we cant waste time looking for it if you already don't know where it is"

Kristian has sprayed our home for ant problems. He is very thorough and he has solved our ant problems!

Erick was very professional and found more rodent activity than I had found. He laid more traps and is very thorough with his inspections. He is going to continue to remove any more rodents. He is very professional and helpful.

Horrible, horrible experience with Hydrex. Technicians have always been kind, but I wish to give them Zero Star for their customer service and communication. Especially the Office Manager Paula, Unprofessional, rude, mean, grumpy over the phone, and doesn't have any customer service skills. After 5 months of unfortunate dealing with this company hired by our property management, we still have the same problems. I simply requested they call me 30 min before arrival, but they even couldn't handle that. I'm surprised!!!

Hydrex Pest Control are the best. I highly recommend calling them if you are experiencing any type of pest problem. I recently thought I had a bed bug infestation, and Felipe came out to my house the very same day as my initial call. He was extremely polite, professional, sociable, and friendly. He made a pretty awful experience turn into a pleasant one with his ability to handle the situation so well. I give Felipe and the rest of the Hydrex team 5+ stars! You guys are great! Thank you for everything.
