When my subwoofer started making a new sound, I knew we had a problem. One slap later and—sure enough—a mouse came scurrying out. Ugh. I called Woods Family Pest Management and Zack and Seth got back to me right away and were able to fit me in the same day (huge win). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got straight to work. They did a thorough top-to-bottom inspection of my house, explained what they were seeing, answered all my questions, and never felt rushed. They came up with a solid game plan and clearly know what they’re doing. Professional, personable, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed—and you can tell they genuinely care about their work. Highly recommend

Such a nice company to work with. Gardner has been finding cockroaches in my yard, ick, plus have been kind of overrun with earwigs. Called their office, they picked up immediately, explained what i was seeing, their treatment plan and costs, which i found very reasonable. Had a technician at my house in less than two hours-Seth, I think- and he was great, really friendly and personable. Will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to others.

Such a big difference in their service from previous pest companies! They were super quick, answered our questions, and were super thorough. They even knocked down old wasps nests and webs before spraying. Always nice to support a family run business too!
