I paid to have my home treated for subterranean termites & a month later a ton came out of my soil! I'm not impressed.

They were suppose to cob web and spray our place for spiders. The image shows some of our eaves when I got home still covered in cob webs. Seemed like they got some spots but could have been better executed. Oh well no one’s perfect but a bit of a bummer. When I called to ask what was done the women on the phone literally hung up on me, I wasn’t being rude so that seemed a little excessive. I had called to ask to make sure the eaves got sprayed because that’s where our major issue was and all the cob webs still being there didn’t make it look like it got done. So I asked just to make sure. She very obviously got annoyed with me asking and hung up on me mid sentence again I literally wasn’t being rude when she did this, I’d get it if I was being rude ha. Anyways will never use them again because just asking if the eaves got sprayed and pointing out the cob webs did not get done resulted in their staff hanging up on me. They were just rude when it was not necessary to be so.
