We had a huge rodent issue due to our backyard being so large. After trying multiple pest control services we found insight pest control and have been using them since. Big shout out to Setton. He was kind and respectful and knowledgeable when answering all my questions awesome customer service.

We contacted Insight Pest Management after noticing signs of termite activity in our home. Krista was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. She also provided a number for me to send some photos of the situation, which she passed along. The service person arrived at the appointed time and carefully examined the problem. I had expected that they would recommend a tent, but he suggested trying a localized mitigation, because the termite activity appeared to be localized to our door. He carried out the procedure very carefully and explained the process as he was working. He repaired the access port and cleaned up the area as if nothing had ever happened. Fortunately the problem has been mitigated, and at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to use Insight Pest Management in the future if necessary.

We had a ant problem for several weeks we called insight pest management they sent their technician setton out,he took. Are of our ant problem inside and out found trails and mounds and took care of the problem

He was very thorough in doing his work and explained everything he did step by step, making sure we understood the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and his knowledge really showed. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we looked into, and we feel confident in the service we received. HOA is involved so I ended in using another company referred by my HOA. But at the time of free estimate, Israel checked areas I asked and tried to help me to reduce the cost.

Well, we tried Insight Pest Management as they are a local company and we believe in supporting our community even though their prices were hirer than their competitors. We paid for a spray to get rid of spiders, for a $250 fee. There was no decrease in spider activity, I went to Home Depot and got my own spray and that seemed to work. Would have saved me over $200. But the real reason why we called them was to get the rats out of our attic. They have someone come out and give a quote. He said he saw no entry point and recommended exterior bate stations. After paying $100 a month for 3 months, plus buying the bait stations that they ended up taking back, we saw no dead rats on our property and our attic sounds like a circus up there. We called and they sent a new technician to give a quote of $500 to trap the rats in the attic. He also stated that he saw the entry points and would seal those. In addition, he stated there was no reason to keep the monthly service as there has been no activity in them. He also said that "they guarantee results and would not leave us hanging." After a couple days of them moving traps around, they caught one rat. The next two times out, they didn't catch anything so they pulled the traps and said they were done. I emailed the company and let them know that it still sounds like a circus up there, please advise. No one responded so I called a couple days later and was told that the owner would call me back that day. A week goes by and still no response. I sent another email asking for a phone call. The next day, I called again as I still haven't received a response and was told that the owner would call me today. Instead, I got the below email : Thank you for following up on the request. I had a chance to review your account and it appears that you cancelled the on-going exterior rodent service, this is the only service that offers a re-service guarantee. Our rodent program uses exclusions to block primary entry points, and trapping to remove any rodents blocked inside then transitions over to exterior control. Without this, there is nothing to stop rodents from creating new entry areas and re-infesting your structure, as you are experiencing. This boils down to education- think of rodents in the same terms as gangs- behavior change not eradication-1st you kick them out, then you secure the entry and finally you have a security patrol prevent them from re-entering/creating new entry areas into the structure. We performed the exclusions and trap-out but without the outside service the exterior population of rodents will not be deterred from your structure and will find new ways in and will re-infest your structure. Our exclusion costs are for repairing specific entry areas and is not a “ whole house sealed guarantee” as undeterred exterior rodents will chew and force new entry areas into structure. Our trap out is for 6 visits and trapping in a specified area- which we have performed on your property. Unfortunately, you then cancelled the next step in the control process which has allowed the rodents to again re-enter your structure. I have spoken to the office staff as well as our service staff about your account to gather an understanding of what we could/should do to address the situation. Unfortunately, we are back at step 1 and we would need to take the process from the beginning. Since you cancelled the service, we don’t have re-service obligations and we have performed the contracted actions around the 6 visit trap out. At this point, I feel that you are frustrated with both our company and the rodent control process, this indicates that another company and/or rodent control process would serve your needs better. I do apologize for your frustration and that we are not offering any additional service however we have performed all of our contracted services and since you cancelled the final step in the resolution process and are experiencing direct ramifications from that, we are not in a position to offer further service. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Rich did a thorough inspection of our house for damage. Pricing was reasonable and their crew sis a good job we had our roofers replace the damaged wood when they did our roof. I wouldn't hesitate to use Insight again
My wife and I were very satisfied with the termite tenting performed, however the reason I did not award 5 Stars was due to the the subcontractor they used for the damaged wood (by the termites, not their workers) replacement work was unreliable, shabby, and literally had to be fired. It then took almost two months to finally get the wood repairs completed. Great in the termite tenting, not recommended for any damage wood repair needed, find someone else for that.
Honest and thorough. Another company told a completely different story to get paid more.
