Angel is the absolute best… he’s extremely communicative when it comes to his arrival times, lets me know ahead of time if it’s okay to come by the next day and always keeps me in the loop on what he did after he’s done with his service… I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Welp, Aptive breeched contract so I called Clark Pest Control. Kyle showed up next day on time, addressed every issue verbally then started working on it about 5 minutes after signing me up! Super transparent company. No long term contracts either.

Word of caution for locals looking for reliable communication. After almost a decade with Clark Pest Control in Ventura County, I officially canceled my service today. The actual pest management work is fine. The issue is their corporate customer service. Instead of reaching local staff to take care of problems, you get funneled into a national call center. My hold times over seven separate calls were absurd (up to 47 minutes). My advice before hiring any service: ask if you'll be speaking to a local office or a call center. I’ve cancelled my service with Clark today and signed up with local provider (O'Connor Pest Control) with better pricing and direct lines. Save yourself the hold times and shop local.

Devin has been assigned to our house for monthly service for a year. It is unusual to find consistency like this at a bigger company and he is reliable, respectful, and cares.

I recently switched over from another company, and I’m so glad I did! Damian provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. His communication was excellent, which I truly appreciated. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what he was going to do, the products he would be using, and when he expected to arrive. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I was genuinely impressed. I highly recommend Damian and the company!

Great service from Kyle! He explained the details, extermination process and the chemicals used.He examined the property and swept off the spider egg sacs and spiders! He did a thorough job and spent quite awhile here! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
