Dewey Pest & Termite Control

The first two months Chase and Rafael was very responsive but not anymore. This is like our 5th or 6th (I don’t remember clearly) month using their services now. Beside the week he went out for vacation, Rafael up until now is still trying to communicate with me. But not with Chase. I texted him, no response and he didn’t even come into our restaurant like his schedule supposed to be. Horrible service, they never answer their phones and are super rude about everything that is requested. They think the phone calls are jokes, Lupita is always the one who answers the phone they are never polite she is a smart ass about the call and doesn't take her job seriously. If we request pest control its because it important and we loved working with you guys but after the service we have received from Lupita and her team definitely not worth it.

Hello, I've been with Dewey Pest for about 16 yrs. George O has been my tech for the quite a while now, he came by to service interior of my home and he is just the nicest man. I thought I had an insect issue and in a matter a 3 mins he solved it. He is great and so polite!! Thank you very much!! Esther Lopez
