That said, after thoroughly reviewing our service notes, we can confirm that all appropriate protocols and product guidelines were followed for the specific type of ants present at your property. Our technician spent a significant amount of time at your home in an effort to resolve the issue thoroughly.<br><br>In some cases, especially during extreme heat, ant problems can require multiple treatments and consistent follow-up. Successful outcomes also rely on clear communication from both sides. When we receive feedback and permission, we are more than willing to return as many times as needed to address and resolve a problem—something we have done successfully for many customers in the past.<br><br>While this situation was different, and we won’t go into specifics publicly, we truly regret that we were not the right fit for your needs. Good afternoon, Luis<br><br>So there is some allegation on your review that needs some clarity. So you said "Worst pest control company". What is this statement based out of? We don't have you in our system so we are guessing you have never used our service? So how can you stand by this statement without ever having that experience with us? If you look at our reviews, this will show the complete opposite of your statement.<br><br> As far as the PPE is concerned, we follow all protocols to keep our tech in compliance with all regulations. In fact, we are part of the California Pest Management Association which the Agriculture Department is in attendance which gives use direct insight on how to stay in compliance in which we follow. <br><br><br>We welcome any public sector agencies to look at our operations and will find that we follow all procedure including PPE practices (GVS Elipse P100 Dust Half Mask Respirator, 14mil gloves, eye protection googles, long sleeve shirts, long pants, etc) which you have accused use of without any proof. <br><br>Lastly, over charging. We charge based out of the scope of service, all of our over head cost to have our team in compliance, educated and completing the work in a professional manner. Because we don't have you in the system, we are going to base this allegation once again as your own perception of our service not a experience. <br><br>Our mission is to be a dependable resource for our clients by quickly and thoroughly addressing their pest control issues. Our experienced and educated team are skilled listeners and will effectively take care of any continuous pest.
