The first two months Chase and Rafael was very responsive but not anymore. This is like our 5th or 6th (I don’t remember clearly) month using their services now. Beside the week he went out for vacation, Rafael up until now is still trying to communicate with me. But not with Chase. We were informed by our pest control company M that they found a number of local infestations of termites during their routing inspection. We had been using this large company for several years and had found them to be capable of doing the routine work. We asked for an estimate and it was several thousand dollars for treating the termites and a another few thousand for the carpentry work to replace the eaves and decking. With such a large amount involved, I contacted two additional companies.
