This company serviced my home for 18 years. When I called last year about pricing, the guy on the phone was so rude to me that I ended up canceling the service and going with another company. Was scheduled for a multi-point and termite inspection on June 2. Stayed home all afternoon; no show, no call. I live in crescent city and you guys have no called- no showed for 4 separate appointments, come to find you just continue to try and send a truck out of Redding vs Humboldt. Redding is 5 hrs from crescent city and Humboldt is 1.5. What is the sense in that and how have you not figured this out yet ?
