D&D pest control of Merced has been helping to control the pests in our home for decades. They are always prompt, and always friendly. They do their job without a lot of fuss and they work quickly and quietly, without disturbing us. We are very satisfied with the results as well. The only issue is that they won't take online bill payments.

I had them 3 years ago for a little less then 6 months because the guy took care of our problem and I just used them again last month. Literally the best and best prices. Everyone including the secretary is helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, very affordable.

The technician stole belongings from my house and the owner Mark refused to reimburse me. The receptionist is very rude and hung up on me. I still have bugs!!

Today I was going to Starbucks and a D&D pest control truck cut me off (accidentally) and when I got to the window the barista informed me the person in the D&D truck paid for my order as a way to apologize. I want to say thank you and to express that this act speaks volumes of the quality of people working at this company. Another reason to support local business! Their secretary is unprofessional she does not know how to label prices and speak to somebody professionally on the phone they overcharge they do not tell you bi- monthly will cost $60 they do not tell you that at all. But yet they will charge you $30 monthly I recommend they need to label their prices before they get my business again I recommend calling somebody else

The person answering the phone needs a little Custom Service schooling but Jesus who came and did a great job he has done several of our mobiles his on time, very informative, just an all around nice kid.... Price is reasonable have recommend this company to several of our residents.

First call she said "can I call you back"? She never called. The next day I called, she said she would give the technician my # and he would call me back. Never called me back. The next day I called another pest control. Unprofessional.

Been with D&D for about 3 years now. Never had a problem and they've always come out to help if we had any bug problems (especially fleas). Very inexpensive and reliable.

Very untruthful . Gave quote only to find out by neighbor that we where paying double, owner refused to listen to my concerns. Also several areas missed for wear control.
