Do NOT waste your money on this business!!! They DO NOT even put a dent in your issue with the pests that you're dealing with. Then I called my landlord to let them know that they got robbed, so they re-contacted Bob's to come back and do it again... And the same thing!!! I walk into my apartment and I'm greeted by roaches!!! It's crazy to think after all I did to make sure this issue would get solved and now twice, mind you in about 2 weeks that NOTHING has been accomplished. Not to mention they're RUDE on the phone... Another negative. Never again after twice in 2 weeks... Pay better and get it done right.

I called this place because it was a local smaller business and I wanted to give my business to a small town business and they came out the gentleman was very nice he sprayed the inside and the outside of my house he told me I have 30 days and they would come back if I seen any more ants I did see more ants so I called they came out and did a respray on the outside of the house I wasn't home so I wasn't able to let them in to do the inside a week later I found even more ants in the back part of my house in my bathroom and my closet there's absolutely no food in my bathroom or my closet so I don't know why there's ants there I called them back to ask them what should I do I was told that they would talk to technician and call me back I waited a week and they didn't call me back so I called back in at that point they told me there's nothing they can do I'd have to repay the $150 to have him come back out again now why would I pay another $150 to have them come out and do something that they didn't even clear up the first time they did it I didn't expect for them to come out for free but I expected a discount an apology something as I still have the ants that I called for originally I will no longer be giving my service to them and I suggest you don't either I called terminix and they're going to handle the problem

They come back and do a touch up spray for FREE once a month, after your initial monthly spray.

Danny is great he calls every month before he comes doesn't really interrupt anything and is patient with me constantly forgetting to open the gate for him. They are ALWAYS polite and professional on the phone and pretty forgiving. Love this place!!

The exterminators who send people to do the fumigation are very kind and respectful, but I still see cockroaches in my apartment.

Great service. Joe continues to provide excellent service. I have also had occasion to call the office and speak with other employees and they were friendly, professional, and showed genuine concern for our pest control issues. Highly recommend!!

Frustrated they never told me to take out all my stuff from cabinet until they call me that same day which I was working and couldn't get off until 1 hour b4 my appt I wk an 1/2 hr away so when their rep got there I was hustling to get everything out n you could tell the rep was not happy I was able to somewhat do it but it was not pleasant not sure if it will wk we see
