I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and reliability from Terminix. We had a service done last summer, and while the technician did a good job initially, the ceiling patch he applied began to discolor and look 'off' after some time. We reached out to customer support to have it inspected, but that is where the positive experience ended. I called about a one-time treatment to seal my home and possibly spray against spiders and made an appointment. Nobody showed up. When I called back, the customer service rep found that the previous rep had left notes but about scheduling a service but had not actually finished scheduling it. The second rep then told me that sealing is only done for rodents, but spiders, even though I have double-checked that Terminix's own webpage about spoders recommends it. Scheduled service for 8-10am. Arranged for a baby sitter to take my kids to school and called off work. No one ever showed up or called. Sat on hold with customer service for 1-hour.
