Very unprofessional appointment system. Got their call this morning and I drove 40 minutes for a confirmed appointment, no one shows up. Called them many times and no one picks up the phone. Called back after an hour and told me it's wrong date, are you kidding me??? Their reception lacks basic organization and communication skills. They don't answer calls, and responses are slow. They wasted my holiday time and showed no respect for customers' schedules. This is not a reliable business. Don't even bother!!!

Fantastic experience with Julio and Leo. I also really liked Neriah who did the inspection. They are honest, thorough, eager to please, happy to be at work, smart, kind, detail oriented and just great guys giving a great service.

We recently had our house inspected and treated by Horizon, and Jason did an excellent job surveying the property. A few days later, my mother-in-law let the team in while I was away, and they called me to keep me updated on everything they did. Although I didn't get a chance to meet the two people who sprayed the home, my mother-in-law said they did a great job. I highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend!! I had a termite issue around my window frames. Uriel came and did a great inspection. He located a few new areas of infestation. Note: 2 other companies had previously came by and missed those areas. Miguel came to do the treatment. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the work done, not to mention with the 5 year warranty they provided.

These guys were so flexible and easy to work with. They were able to do a thorough inspection within a few days of scheduling. They were knowledgeable, considerate of my time, and best of all bilingual! I was able to ask all the questions that my Spanish speaking parents had suggested! 10 out of 10 would use and refer friends and family!
