We had a service done last summer, and while the technician did a good job initially, the ceiling patch he applied began to discolor and look 'off' after some time. We reached out to customer support to have it inspected, but that is where the positive experience ended. We recently had our house inspected and treated by Horizon, and Jason did an excellent job surveying the property. A few days later, my mother-in-law let the team in while I was away, and they called me to keep me updated on everything they did. Although I didn't get a chance to meet the two people who sprayed the home, my mother-in-law said they did a great job. I highly recommend their services!
