We used Tycecc previously for termite fumigation about 10 years ago and was very satisfied with Sammy's work. He is one of the few contractors I don't dread calling, because he's friendly, funny, and honest. This time, we called him for an inspection for a lizard problem. He offered us free advice on how to take care of the problem ourselves, such as reducing the number of crickets, which lizards eat, and to space potted plants apart. As before, we're glad we called him first!

Sammy is highly professional, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. He came to do a free inspection for a termite issue in my garage on a Saturday. He also came to do the work on a Saturday. He is flexible and easy to work with--not to mention his prices beat out the competitors. You should give him a call for termite work or other jobs.

I called Sammy and left a voice message based on the others review on google. Sammy called me back fairly quickly and we talked. He was unavailable this weekend for prior arrangement. Anyways, we have scheduled an Inspection and Estimate visit for next Saturday in a property in Hollywood. He requested that he is now unable to take the information down and If I can text him my contact information. I have text him my contact information and scheduled date and time of our appointment and also informed him that I will confirm him with the physical address of the property by Friday. After he gets my text message, he calls me back. He was really rude for not providing the address information on the same text message. I am glad that we have cancelled this appointment. I've had Sammy come to my house twice now for termite treatment and have had great experiences both times. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has always come exactly on time. The first time he came out I was convinced I had termites due to droppings I saw around my porch. Turns out they were cricket droppings, not termites. After pointing this out and doing a thorough inspection of the entire property, he concluded I didn't have a termite problem and didn't need his services at that time. It's so nice to deal with an honest business that isn't trying to upsell you on unnecessary services. The second time Sammy came out I did need a spot treatment in a few areas. He did a thorough job and took the time to teach me how to spot other signs of termite activity besides just the droppings (the only indicator I knew at the time). I highly recommend using this business.

After having at least 7 termite inspections/companies offering different types of termite treatments, I had decided to hire Sammy's company to do the job. Our house had an extensive termite infestation and wood damage, which required full fumigation, local treatment of the crawlspace and wood repairs. Found Tycecc Termite over the internet. I was lucky to find this company. In December 2010 the company fumigated my house, but I realized that something went wrong because there were still termites in a small area of the house. However, after calling Sammy he came to check the house and told me that the fumigation was done incorrectly. He suggested that I fumigate the house again. After a year and a half he fumigated the house again without any charge. I am very pleased with Sammy because he is very responsible and reliable; he always answers my phone calls and calls to check that everything is ok. It is really hard to find a person like him. I would really recommend this company. If in the future I have to re-fumigate my house I will do it with him again.
