Josephina was very friendly, kind, explained everything she would be doing and the time it would take. She was also patient as I needed a few extra minutes to get ready and out the door. She texted me and left a voice message before coming and texted when she was done.

Daniel, the service representative showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about my pest issues. He sprayed all areas as agreed. Great service, they were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pest control issue.

Overall, I had a good experience with A Step Above Pest Control. My appointment time was changed more than once, which was a little annoying. However, they stayed in communication and kept me informed. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. While the scheduling could be improved, the service itself was professional, and I would recommend them.

A Step Above was wonderful! Efficient, good (excellent) price, came on time and Aaron, who did the job, was clear in his explanation and guidance on what to do after the treatment, and came back to remove the tampons on the hive entrance and check if all was good. Great job, very nice person.

Juan was, without question, the most thorough pest inspector we’ve had in over 20 years. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Throughout all the years we’ve had pest control services, no one had ever taken the initiative to move our refrigerators and inspect behind them. Juan did. He identified an area where we had visually seen roaches, carefully moved the heavy units, and treated the source of the problem instead of just addressing the symptoms. Beyond his professionalism and work ethic, Juan was incredibly friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered our questions, and made us feel confident that the issue was being handled properly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise, diligence, and great customer service the way Juan does. We would gladly request him again for future service visits. If Juan hasn’t already received a raise or promotion, he has certainly earned consideration for one. Employees who care this much about doing the job right are hard to find.
