Xavier was prompt, efficient and thoroughly explained the process of treating for fleas. I was amazed at all the 5* reviews and now I totally get it! If you must have it done, I would highly recommend them. I am updating my review as our second experience at a different location was very unpleasant and the company's response was unacceptable. Homeshield is a horrible company. Unprofessional and unreliable. I paid them $1600.00 to start the service and then I paid $45/month from Jan-Oct. They came to treat my property 3 times and I kid you not, were there for 30 mins max. In the original estimate, they took 15 photos of areas that needed treatment and literally only treated 3 areas.
