⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service! Our Terminix technician, Juan A., worked with us over three days and three visits to help resolve a very challenging situation. My dad’s caregivers mistakenly reported bed bugs, and due to my dad’s dementia, getting the home inspected was extremely difficult. Juan was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to carefully inspect the home and provide a timely report. We needed to get my dad’s caregivers safely back in the home, and Juan understood the urgency and handled everything professionally. We greatly appreciate his work ethic and dedication. We highly recommend Terminix—definitely 5-star service!

Unbelievably ineffective service. They charged us nearly $3000 for exclusion services and termite care and “guaranteed” our home would be pest free for two years. Failed miserably.

Jacob is extremely reliable and knowledgeable in the deliver of services. He is patient in communicating his findings and provides solid advice as to how to mitigate issues that I have experienced ( recently with rats). He makes it a point to discuss potential areas on my property that could pose problems with rats spiders etc. highly recommend him

Despite my DOCTOR confirming I had MITE BITES and finding evidence of RATS in our attic, Hugo tried to tell me that it was just a dust allergy and there was nothing he could do. I didn’t realize you needed a medical degree to become an exterminator. A full month and hundreds of itchy bites later, my landlord went to the Terminx HQ and they finally came back to spray our whole apartment. I have not gotten a new bite since. Unfortunately, because Hugo decided he was a doctor and didn’t need to spray our whole apartment right away, I am now battling a rash across my entire body from the bites I sustained in the month we were neglected. Thanks Hugo!! Maybe just do your job next time???

Bryan always lets me know when he will be at my house. He is courteous. He is professional, efficient and thorough. Bryan carefully sprays the perimeter of my house.
