Horrible company, the positive reviews are definitely fake and definitely written by them, they charge us $1800 for an inspection and we figured out that they are outsource their work, they aren’t a local company. They are in Utah and advertise in California, Arizona, Utah, and basically have other companies come out while they still make $1800 for doing nothing, they also gave us a quote of close to $10,000 for dealing with a rat problem , we found another company that charged less than half. The person who came out to our house was from a different company. Everything just felt wrong with these guys.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is highly deceptive. They aren’t even located in the state and outsource all jobs to unlicensed contractors while charging a base rate of $1,500 just to show up. After that, they hit you with additional bills for incomplete services. It’s outrageous. They operate in multiple states with hundreds of listings, but all they do is farm out work to others. I specifically requested the owners (the twins), waited three weeks for them to come, and they charged unreasonable amounts that made no sense. Avoid them at all costs and work with someone else
