STOP SCROLLING, if you need help with rodents, you need to call Rodent Professor. Scheduled an inspection appt via Yelp and received a detailed inspection report with an estimate on a Friday. Work was scheduled two days later on a Sunday. Crew of 2 led by Joey came and repaired all the areas where the sneaky rodents can and were getting into the roof area/attic/garage and under the house. They were super thorough and professional and could not have been nicer. They took before and after pictures of all work done too. Estimate was very reasonable for all the work completed. Thank you Joey and Crewi. Joey they better give you a big raise, you deserve it!

it was such a pleasure communicating with Joe. he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions related to rodent proofing, sanitizing, and new insulation. there are many types of insulation and he clarified them all.

Finally decided to deal with an ongoing rodent problem in my basement, especially in light of the recent hantavirus stories in the news. I spent a comprehensive amount of time perusing all of the different options in Los Angeles -- there are a lot of options -- and finally decided upon Rodent Professor based upon proximity and reviews. I wanted an estimate not only on rodent prevention but also disinfecting the basement and vacuuming up the existing rodent droppings. Since this is the first time I have used such a service, I did not know what sort of cost was involved and was surprised to see online estimates ranging into the thousands of dollars, so I prepared myself for the assumed cost. Nate from Rodent Professor came out promptly at the appointed time and inspected the entire house -- basement, attic, inside the house itself -- and pointed out several potential points of entry into the basement and attic. Later in the day, I received an estimate via email that was in the expected cost range but at the lower end. I decided to proceed with the work. Nate and crew showed up promptly on time and were very efficient in screening all of the openings in the house, in addition to disinfecting the basement and vacuuming. Since their service, I've heard nothing and seen nothing in terms of rodent activity. This positive review is based upon several aspects of their service: excellent communication, being on time, efficiency of work and total overall cost. Highly recommended.

Joe was great to work with, finished the job in 1 day with his crew (2 others). They sealed entryways on the roof, sides of the roof, crawlspace, etc…anywhere where a rat could get in. Some spots were surprising to find since I never thought rodents could enter through such small sleek openings, so I was glad they found these areas and sealed them off too. Any time I had a question I would text Joe or call him, and he was always accessible for communication. After the job was done, he came back a couple weeks later to check on things and made the assessment that everything looked good. Since that checkup the house has been quiet and there have been no signs of rats/rodents, thank God. *One minor issue I did have; they left their trimmings of wire mesh, some wood, and drops of cement within the areas they worked on…something I cleaned up afterward. Wire mesh can prick you so I was a little annoyed about that. Overall though he was professional, timely, and answered all my questions. And I do have peace of mind knowing I can call them anytime if any issues come up, as their work is covered for up to a year.

After being traumatized for over two weeks by a really bad rat infestation in my home, including rats in the house and in the attic and setting traps and trying to get them myself i called rodent professor and Nate came by he was super reassuring. Super calming made me feel so great that I was not being so crazy. Ie helping me understand that I wasn’t crazy. And they gave me a fair price. I understood what they were going to do. They showed up within 72 hours completely barricaded my house from rats and places traps inside and under the house. the workers were incredibly polite. They really knew what they were doing. They got every nook and cranny things I would’ve never even thought of AND. I feel safe again. They offer one year guarantee and I fully believe that they would come back if I needed them for anything if the trout to get set off or if there’s any thing that was missed the work was really professional and I’m really glad I relied on them because this is driving me completely insane. It’s like living in a war zone. As an update last night four nights after we sealed up the house, I was hearing nesting and noises above my head again and they sent somebody out today with an hours of my texting them and they caught a new one on the traps they had set and they reset traps so I’m hopefully this will be done but so glad that I had professionals available and willing to help and they really follow through just like they said they would

Rodent Professor gets 5-stars from me. We had a mice and rat problem in our crawl space and attic. They did a professional job sealing up every small entry point to our house. To be honest, I was initially surprised at how expensive the job was, but I got another quote that came in around the same price. Rodent Professor had a 3-man crew that worked non-stop for 5 hours, as I did not realize how much work was involved. Now 3 months later we have not seen a single dropping. Nate was our rep, he is trustworthy and a good communicator, and I would recommend him to others.

Rodent Professor came over yesterday to rid my house of RATS! Joseph, who oversaw the project was great and went the extra mile to make sure all bases were covered and getting all the horrible Rat droppings cleaned up and now all hiding places are totally clean.. and so far...no sign of them around the house. Irene in the office did a great job coordinating the details. The men handling the actual cleanup were efficient and also went the extra mile. I had appointments with four different companies but I knew that Rodent Professor would do a great job at a fair price and yes, they all did everything they could to protect my duplex from pesky invaders!

Rodent professor was very proficient in what they do and I was surprised on some of the things they did that I wasn't expecting like even closing any opening in the kitchen and I remember the other company told me to call the plumber to fix the hole. Kudos to Nate who was very friendly and not pushy and upselling and tell you as it is, Diego and crew who did the work and Irene who explained to me the billing. The only thing that I hope they can change is the 3.89% credit card charge and with their price it add up. That's why only 4star.

I want to give a big thank you to Joseph and the Rodent Professor team for their outstanding work. We met with five companies (I know, that’s a lot!), and Joseph stood out as the most thorough in inspecting for rodents. Not only did he provide effective solutions, but he also didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, like replacing all the attic insulation—something many companies do to make extra money. Joseph was upfront and honest, and he patiently answered all my questions. On the day of the job, Joseph brought along an excellent team: Diego, Victor, Emmanuel, and David (I asked for all their names so I can shout-them out bc they were terrific). They worked together seamlessly, tackling the attic, garage, and sealing any rodent entry points. They not only worked hard but were also incredibly respectful of our home. Since that day, they’ve returned to respray and check the traps. To sum it up, this is a company that genuinely cares, does an amazing job, and doesn’t try to upsell you. I highly recommend them. Additionally, Moesha in their office was exceptional in managing everything— from the bid and the visit to coordinating the work day and follow-up. She worked closely with Joseph and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve spoken with both Joseph and Moesha after the job was completed, and they were quick to respond and provide excellent customer service.

I called Rodent Professor based on great reviews and the fact that they do not use poison. Rodent poison does not work. It leaves you with dead rat smell stinking up your house for months. More importantly it kills the natural predators of mice and rats so using them creates a much larger problem for our environment. This company uses the proven technique of exclusion and trapping. The Rodent Professor team came in this morning. They located access areas I didn’t realize existed. The job took about five hours and it seems as though the house is locked up against rodents for a good long while. There are traps set in the utility basement and attic which they will come and check when I ask them. The guys were very neat and left all workspaces clean. They were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting this team of Joseph, Diego, Kunzul, Victor and Emmanuel on the job if you suspect you’ve got rodents moving in.

Joseph came to inspect our house and was not only careful and complete but explained the situation, encouraged us to get counter offers and described in complete detail what they would do to seal off our home from rodents. After two more bids, we decided to go with Rodent Professor. They were professional and responsive, answering all questions. There was a bit of a kerfuffle in using a credit card to pay but we worked it out and are confident that we are well on our way to being able to relax in our home. Everything about rats is horrifying to me and it's been reassuring to work with Joseph and his team who are confident and transparent about the process of getting rid of them. Other companies employed scare tactics trying to escalate the situation to something only they could solve and I could see and appreciate Joseph's honesty.
