Do not go to them for rodent issues. I wasted $350 and now have to call another company to do the job. The technician did not do thorough inspection. He did not give any recommendations. All he did was show up and placed 2 poison baits in my backyard and sealed one entry point. I could have done that myself. I told him exactly where I could see and hear the mice and he did not even look inside those areas until I called and complained. He made 4 visits and there are still rodents in the wall. I had to remove the steel wool he used as a seal, so they would not find ways into the house.

Did an inspection of our home and explained to us what he suggested to fix our problem . He did not try to sell us anything extra, you could really tell he cares about his customers. We called this company and they were very nice. We made the appointment and The technician came right away. We were very happy to see him, to get rid of the beehive and bees in front of our house. It was fairly large! But the technician went to work right away and in no time, he was done! We were very pleased with this company! Very happy for their professional service.
