customer service was not great + the inspection was short and not very thorough! would not go to them ever again.

A fantastic company! Look no more. They do phenomenal work and are very conscientious!!! I can’t recommend them highly enough. We had our house tented and rain was on the way, and they were always keeping us informed regularly if they were going to go ahead with the job or if we wanted to reschedule.. they were completely client oriented and wishing to please. They did an extraordinary job and cleaned up meticulously.

I worked with Pacific termite on multiple jobs. They have been very professional and extremely competitive with their pricing. From my own experience they have offered superior service to big name companies like Terminix.

They came and gave us an inspection this week. Only thing, he didn't really do an inspection. He measured the footage of the house and immediately went to having to get tented and there was nothing else he could do. He was rude and left fairly quickly. We had 2 other people come from different companies and tenting was not necessary at all and the prices were much more reasonable than them. Do not waste your time.

So, there's some good to note with PT. The customer service team was very responsive and set up an inspection promptly. Our inspector arrived at the early end of the estimate, conducted a thorough inspection of about an hour. Where it went downhill fast was the rundown. We received a hefty estimate. The inspector noted that "we don't even consider work unless it's $2,200 minimum." I guess I appreciate the honesty, but it's also shutting down many opportunities. Say, if we only "needed" $800 of work, you'd tell us to look elsewhere? Or would you inflate it to $2,200 to make it worth Pacific Termite's effort? Given this was on the high end of estimates, needless to say, we turned elsewhere.

I am very happy with the services we received from Pacific Termites. Kevin was very informative when he came out for an inspection and explained what to look for with termite damages and types of termite damage. He even came out a couple more times just to make sure that everything was good before the scheduled time to tent our home. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this company. I just looked them up to recommended them to a friend. Very professional and super easy to work with. I bought a house that had a bad infestation. I gutted it after it was treated to remodel. No live termites anywhere. Peace of mind is priceless!

Pacific Termite was very professional and prompt. Sam did a thorough inspection, and the crew doing the repairs seemed very competent and diligent in getting out all of the damaged wood.
