⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend My Termite Company Inc. enough — honestly, ten out of ten, every single time. We had them out to our home on Hollyridge Drive and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Their inspector Jose was an absolute rockstar. Thorough, professional, and genuinely personable — he made what could have been a stressful process completely comfortable and easy to understand. The inspection itself was incredibly comprehensive. Jose identified subterranean termites in the garage, drywood termites in multiple areas throughout the house, dry rot in windows, doors, beams going into the walls, the deck on top of the garage, the top plate and joist, and the subarea — and he documented everything clearly on the diagram so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and where. He didn't miss a thing. The report was detailed and transparent, walking us through every finding by section, with clear recommendations for each item — from fumigation to subterranean soil treatment to wood repairs. They even flagged areas like the garage that were partially blocked by storage and recommended further inspection, rather than just glossing over inaccessible spots. That kind of honesty and diligence is rare. The estimate was straightforward with no surprises, and the whole team at My Termite Company made us feel like we were in great hands throughout. If you need a termite inspection done RIGHT, call these folks. Ask for Jose — he absolutely crushed it!

Let me first state that I asked AI to send me a list of termite companies in the 90037 zip code. Three companies were sent to me and I looked up the reviews of each one. My Termite Company had the best reviews and I like that they made the name to represent each customer, "My", meaning we are the important people. I spoke with Brandon and I was sold. Brandon is so personable, and quoted me a price that will not break the bank. They provided me ahead of time with videos and materials that was easy to understand and spoke to my tenant to make this a seamless process. So if you want a great company to provide you with exceptional service, customer service, and price that won't break the bank, you must use "My Termite Company".
