Jose and his crew are thorough, take the time to patiently answer all our questions and offered extermination options designed to meet our specific needs. Though I did my best to look for termites everywhere, Jose, to my surprise, found even more--he's a real pro with years of experience. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Our main contact was Pepe Diaz who was professional, courteous, and responsive to our needs. Patiently explained the whole process of fumigation for power-post beetles which came in on firewood purchased at the market. An expensive lesson for sure since they are twice as hard to eradicate as termites. 2x more gas, 2x longer exposure and 2x as expensive. However Global came in considerable lower than Terminix or Orkin. Afterwards the fumigators took down the tenting and completely cleaned up the mess. All in all a good experience even though we had to be vacated almost 5 days.
