Did what the technician said would happen.

They came out to give me a quote for a fairly simple job - they found a few holes on the roof where rodents were entering. I was quoted $400 to cover the holes. When we gave the okay to do the job, they changed the price to $600 without explanation. Because of the time invested/passed I needed to get the job done and had no choice, but I don't appreciate the bait and switch.

Ralph and his team have been keeping my home bug and rodent free for years. They are always responsive, on time and very easy to work with.

The ants are gone!! I have been dealing with ants for some time before calling Gladiator. Aaron arrived on time and located the nest immediately and took care of the problem. He was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The front office was great at scheduling and I was able to arrange for an appointmentt within a day of my call. I would highly recommend Gladiator. Wonderful experience.

I had cancelled from last year from their service. They came to work on my property didn’t give me any proper information on how to set up and prepare for their service and they brought the wrong equipment!!! After cancelling my number had changed. I have received 5 outreaches since canceling saying they are on their way. I didn’t give them my number I learned that my neighbor received their card while they were fishing around for my information. I wanted to support the originally and I was going to let it go. But this is beyond a hippa violation! I let them know I will make a police report if they contact me again.

Service is ok. Though email communication is poor, advise them to change email address in order to pay service, never did!!!

I contacted a lot of pest control companies only to be told they didn't have time and their prices were not specific at all and seemed like every yep rodent company wanted to hustle me until I contacted this company Gladiator they came and did the best job anyone can ask for and were HONEST! Highly recommend this company easy to work with no bullshit ! I'm in West Hollywood and this guy came through!

Very impressed. I have had a rat problem for months. I tried everything inside and outside in the attic and crawl space. This cheerful guy Ralph comes out for a free estimate and gives a quick evaluation. He said my job was easy and told me what to do. Fill a few holes he spotted that I somehow missed. And fix a pipe in the attic. Boom! Next day months long rat problem is gone. These guys are top of my list for recommendation. Ralph is skilled and zero BS.

The night before I removed all drawers and items in cabinets along the floor where it touches the wall. On the day-of your killer (nice fella) arrived, sprayed the house exterior/soil interface, sprayed the interior floor/wall interface, and departed. About 25 minutes of quiet and ruthless intent. 13 days later we remain ant-free.

We let an ant invasion problem go a little too long, to the point where ants were making appearances in places far beyond the expected kitchen and bathroom areas. Carlos, with Gladiator Pest Control, arrived on time and explained how he was going to treat areas all around the house exterior. Carlos was very professional and did not try to up-sell us on any other services; which I was half expecting from a pest control business. Carlos did the job a few days ago and we have seen only a few stray ants and hope that the infestation is solved. We have a warranty that will cover any re-infestation within a few months. Based on our experience, I am very likely to schedule future appointments with Gladiator Pest Control. I appreciate that they are a local, family owned business.
