I definitely don't want rats in my home but if it had to happen, the silver lining is interacting with people leading a company who are just absolutely amazing. Thank you Khrystine and Sylvia! Sylvia is super friendly and personable at first contact in the office and Khrystine showed up for the service call as one of the most delightful people I've ever met! She got to work right away, trouble shooting, problem solving, doing an inspection respectfully and carefully. She took her time and made sure at every step to educate us and help us consider prevention measures for rodent control (that aren't totally obvious). I also super appreciate that the company makes an effort to use green, organic solutions and empower its customers to focus on their own prevention; it's always a good sign of a company you can trust when they provide education and empowerment. The biggest take away is that Khrystine and Sylvia *care* about what they do and how they serve customers and that translates to an experience I am absolutely motivated to review highly and recommend.
