Excellent customer service! This is our second experience with American Rat control. The first was 10 years go. At that time they trapped the critters and sealed off all the access points. That lasted 10 years until the critters chewed their way back in the house . When they started munching on our food my husband set out traps and got a few of them. Then he had to out of town leaving me to deal with the problems. I called American rat control And they sent out a service person that was so thorough. He set traps in the house and because I was alone he came back the next day to empty the traps and reset them. I was so grateful. Today they returned and permanently closed all the entry points. Very very happy with American Rat Control.

The technician was on time, very careful and efficient, clean and explained his work clearly.

Our landlord hired American Rat Control to get rid of the rats in our attic. Miguel found holes in the exterior of the house that both a handyman and another exterminator had missed. Communication with Miguel and Louis was straightforward, and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally, sealing the exterior of the house and trapping rats in both the attic and the crawlspace beneath the building. I would highly recommend them.

These people see to be honest, polite and get the work done. So far....so good.

Terrible service! The technician came in for inspection today and when he went to his car to get his equipment he never came back! Turns out he locked himself out. Was trying to reach him for more than an hour. He told me he texted, waited 3-4 minutes and then he left for his next appointment. And he can’t come back until 3 days later… just terrible!

Wonderful customer service. Prompt. Did a great job sealing under my house. Fingers crossed the rats will be kept out, but they promise to deal with whatever comes up. Highly recommend.

We enjoy working with American. After several months, we have a routine down, which is going quite well. All the staff are great to work with we especially appreciate Miguel and his dedication.

Louis and his team were great. They came promptly and were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Luis was great! My initial conversation with him he made me feel confident and reassured me that this was their expertise for the problem I was having. Altogether all the staff was great. Professional consistent which was really important to me. They returned my calls sane day, in hours. I had two companies reach out two days later. When you’re worried about an issue with your home, you should not have to wait two days for a call back. And also, it was very cost-effective compared to the other major companies really truly recommend this company.

Five star service but got three stars due to clerical error that has not been corrected. I was charged twice for a service, the amount was taken out of my checking account and has not been put back as of yet. They just keep putting me off. $300 is a lot of money to be missing from my account. Update. They rectified the problem!

They don’t give a time for arrival. Work seem ok. 2 times showed up no time. The make appointment with no time when they will show up. How can they run a business
