I have had quarterly service for over 10 years from this location. It was previously Ecoshield, and always gave excellent customer service. Since they sold to Orkin, the technicians have been inconsistent (some great, some awful) and their office has been horrid. Everything from communications with the technicians, to the scheduling process, is broken. They do not communicate with the customers and overbook the technicians, so they are always late. I have had Orkin service on several properties for the past 20 years. I have noticed increased ant activity on my property and scheduled an appointment. They made a scheduling error and did not show on the date that they had confirmed with me. They advised me of the correct date and no one showed up on that date either. I cancelled their service after the first visit because they doubled my bill! It took my talking with 3 different people to get it resolved and a lot of my time. I then cancelled the service on 8-6 but they keep sending out technicians anyway! The latest was this morning. I called Orkin as soon as i received the notice that they would be there this morning and they promised me that they would cancel it but he showed up any way! I would not recommend their service to anyone.
