I'm using Aptive Pest Control more than a year now. I'm totally satisfied with their services. Person named Roy been providing services at my residence since last few treatments and a BIG SHOUT OUT for him. He always greet with smile and explains the treatment very well before he begins it. Also, he ask about any pest problem observation so that he can treat those too. He's very knowledgeable and kind hearted person. He always sends photo after finishing the treatment. Not at all good service. They arrive with 5 mins notice. (Way earlier than the slot given.. just because they were in the neighborhood). Full of attitude and would not agree to spend 5 mins more to spray in garage because they are out of time. He just wanted to get bare minimum done and go away… highly unprofessional or may be company just doesn’t take care of employees to be more service oriented. They are not as effective. Horrible company and services. If I could give zero stars, I would. They’ve been coming out to my houses since last June, (roughly 7 months now) and the ant issue has only got worse since they started coming out.
