Not at all good service. They arrive with 5 mins notice. (Way earlier than the slot given.. just because they were in the neighborhood). Full of attitude and would not agree to spend 5 mins more to spray in garage because they are out of time. He just wanted to get bare minimum done and go away… highly unprofessional or may be company just doesn’t take care of employees to be more service oriented. They are not as effective. Person named Roy been providing services at my residence since last few treatments and a BIG SHOUT OUT for him. He always greet with smile and explains the treatment very well before he begins it. This company is a class act from start to finish. Our Inspector was David G. and he was on time, clear and concise and created a very detailed report that was easy to understand. Cody, one of the business owners was great to work with and always was available to speak with regarding any questions I had. The first crew that came out was to treat our home for fungus, drywood & subterranean termites and Rene, Ricardo and Ramiro were on time, very professional and cleaned up when the job was done. T

Honest, reliable and accountable!
