I ordered a termite fumigation from Saddleback and was very happy with the exceptional service and reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are highly professional and knowledgeable.

so i called these guys on a tuesday morning pretty much in panic mode becuase i found termites in the garage, and they had someone out by the afternoon which i did not expect at all. the guy was straight forward, no upselling, just told me what needed to be done and what didnt, honestly appreciated that alot. the price was fair, definately not cheap but you pay for the peace of mind i guess, and they walked me through the whole treatment step by step. its been about three months now and i havent seen a single one since, which is all i really asked for. i'd call them again in a heartbeat if anything ever pops up again, hopefully not though. quick, effective, no drama, thats really all you need to know.

Jakob arrived on time and was very courteous and got right to work and answered all my questions and left everything in excellent order. It appears that all my bugs are dead and no new ones have appeared.

I got three quotes for tenting my house, Saddleback Termite was right in the middle. But I chose them not on price but because I felt comfortable with the explanations I got from Kevin. Through the process, the staff was very helpful and informative. We were able to schedule the tenting for days that were convenient to us. When they removed the tent and the job was finished, the house was in the same condition as when they started, minus termites of course. As I was preparing for exterior house painting, when removing a can light covers I found some flying termites inside. That started my search for well reviewed Termite fumigation companies as I had not seen any tented houses in my area. Based on the reviews I contacted Saddleback Termite and Pest Control. I made the call and Kevin came out the next day, assessed the situation and gave me the news I had expected. I received a quote the following day, which was within the price range I had felt appropriate for the size and shape of my home. Since my house was already scheduled to be painted, Kevin suggested to wait a month before tenting allowing the paint to fully cure as some taping of the tent to stucco may be necessary, which was correct. The scheduling for fumigation was very flexible. I picked over the weekend so I would be away during the best timing for me. Melissa was very helpful in scheduling and understanding the preparation for fumigation. Understanding what type of items that didn't need to be removed and what items or packing them in fumigation bags was necessary. The team that installed the tent and fumigation were quick and efficient. They were very careful with the vegetation around the house. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything very well. I am very happy with the assistance and performance of the Saddleback Termite people. A neighbor who had just recently noticed termite droppings stopped to ask about my experience. I immediately did recommend Saddleback Termite.

Saddleback is a great and professional company to work with! The founder Kevin came to my home, and inspected the specimens I found which confirmed to be dry wood termites. He spent enough time to answer all of my questions, from how the fumigation works, to how long the warranty will be, to what if some of the roof tiles are broken during tenting. He is also very honest to tell me he would use a subcontractor to do the work. Before and after the fumigation, Melissa and Jestine handled the detailed communications with me in a perfect manner. I hope you never have to deal with the termite problem. But if you do, I will highly recommend Saddleback to you.

These guys are a quality company from everyone I interacted with. Had some termite activity I wanted to get take care of. They were extremely prompt with communication and scheduling.
