From the first phone call to the home visit, everything was easy. Michelle was wonderful and made a stressful experience so much better.

UPDATE: OLIVIA THE 7 YEARS LICE TECH WENT BACK AND ADDED A 48 DOLLAR TIP TO HER UNFINISHED SERVICE. THIS WAS ALL BECAUSE MY BF DIDNT FILL OUT HER CONTRACT PROPERLY AND WENT TO THE CAR WASH WHILE SHE SERVICED MY STEPDAUGHTERS HAIR. OUTRAGEOUS FRAUD So unprofessional and a completely fraudulent payment system. At the start of the treatment she said it would be 205 today. This was her 7 years of working with lice assessment. My boyfriend didn't initial her contract in certain places so she told my stepdaughter she would not finish the service. I still do not know what was actually done but I know she told him 325 at checkout and still went and charged my card after he left 372. I asked to speak to her supervisor or the owner and was told no and then hung up on. She charged my card but wouldn't talk to me about the charge. This place does not price according to any rules and would not explain to me why my card was charged almost double her initial assessment.

I NO LONGER am TERRIFIED of lice! Not only were they able to get my whole family in when several of us had lice, but they helped us get rid of it and have amazing products that prevent it as well. I just had to order some more shampoo and conditioner and they shipped out that day for me along with some free samples and bouncy balls. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Not some where you want to have to go but after a break out in Ladera Ranch, we went and got treated. Great staff, great service. If you have lice issues this is the place to go.
