We discovered a raccoon had been getting into our garbage area, so I booked a wildlife removal service with Knock Em Out Pest Control. Alvin explained how he would safely trap and relocate the animal in a humane way, and he kept me updated when the service technician arrived and where the raccoon was taken. The technician showed us how they handled it step‑by‑step, which made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Afterward, we haven’t had any further visits, and the cleanup was completed as promised.

I reached out Joemar from Knock 'Em Out Pest Control, who asked me to send over a photo of the little S.O.B.. Joemar immediately put my concerns to rest. I got relief, I got education, and he even guided me through how to take care of the problem myself, which is great because my landlord was totally useless in helping me out. I called Knock ’Em Out Pest Control when I started hearing scratching in my attic, and what really helped was how clear Alvin was about the rodent exclusion process. He came out for an inspection, pointed out likely entry points, and explained exactly how he would seal them to keep mice from coming back. On the day of the work, the crew was methodical and careful, and after installation they showed me exactly what had been done. We haven’t heard any noises since, and I feel much more confident that the issue is truly resolved.

I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received from Jake Anicete. I had rodents causing problems in my garage and car, and Jake came over the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and very calm and supportive, as I was very unhappy with my "new residents"! He placed traps and spent time talking with me, and making me feel much better knowing I was in great hands. He came back the next day and removed a dead rat from one of the traps, yay!! He was again super nice! He sent the following day Moises Nebalasca, another tech to seal my garage door and fix the garage screens. Moises was another great guy, efficient and very nice. We even hugged when he was done! Georgia Galvez was a great resource at the office, very sweet and helpful arranging all my appointments right away. I also received texts from Tyler Hilton, who followed up to make sure all appointments were on time and everything was being done. Jake is still coming back tomorrow to check aIl the traps again! These guys provide EXCELLENT customer service. I am now scheduled for bimonthly service. What a great team of people!! They are my new friends now! Thank you guys!!!!!!

I had a rodent and Ant issue. I set up an appointment and they were on time, and very helpful and explained to me how some debris and leaves around the perimeter of my home is like a welcoming mat for the critters to come in. I followed their advise and in addition to them leaving traps and spraying the perimeter of the fence and the house, I've not had issues since. Now I have some roach issues and they've multiplied and they will soon take care of those. The best compliment I could give them is they take care of things so well I don't even remember I hired them. There's not a single rodent or ant in sight ever since. Thanks for taking care of us.

I was so impressed with their level of professionalism. They treated me with respect and worked efficiently.

I had them for a while. Everything was going well as i didn't have any issues and they came every 2 months to spray outside. Then recently i had an ant issue. They sprayed my house inside and outside twice and it did not fix it. I texted telling them we were still having issues and never heard a word from them. Still to this day have not heard a word. I had to get a different company to come spray and have not had an issue with ants since they sprayed.

Jake has been servicing my house for almost a year now. He is great at communicating with me and patient with explaining what certain items/sprays are used. Recently, Jake and his team installed mesh to get rid of the pigeons on my roof top. Install took a few hours and all team members were professional and personable. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We called Tyler at Knock em Out about year ago with a pretty serious carpenter ant problem, which he has totally eliminated. He started out with two extensive spraying treatments outside and has kept up monthly follow-up services. The monthly service also includes rat abatement, pest control etc. All of his methods are poison free and not harmful to Owls, Hawks etc. We called another pest control place before Tyler and they told us some DYI option that did not work. If your having any problems with any unwanted pest or rodent he is the best!

What a terrible service. I had 2 mice in my house. I caught 1 myself with a glue trap but couldn't catch the other one. I called for their service. They sprayed propel inside my place (which is a rodent repellent). I couldn't get back in my home for 7 hours because of the smell. Well Its now been 2 weeks and still the same mouse. I called to get someone out here. 1 tech called me back and told me to call back in to the office. He was too busy. Emailed them again. They never responded. Finally I got a call and I told them how unhappy I was. I wanted to talked to a manager. The manager never called me back. I called the following day. I was talking to someone that takes calls in the office. He said that he was going to refer me to a supervisor. Well he never called me back The guy that answers the phone in the office said they are going to cancel my service. I asked I should get a refund since nothing has been done. He said he would call me back. Still haven't heard from them Update: I talked to Albert about a refund. He refused to give me back 175 dollars for the Initial setup of spraying my house . I told him I would let the world know with these reviews Bad service, bad support, and bad business The pictures are 2 weeks into their service. I still have mice I contacted the BBB. They are not accredited there either. Will look into court issues. This company should be held accountable for what they do to their customers Reported them to consumer affairs and to the pest control board
