Well I didn't hire this company but they did work in my unit actually they did not remove any of the toxic conditions and I returned being made to believe a remediation had been done . I'm going to hire a qualified PROFESSTIONAL to provide proper investagation into this and go from there.i may need to consumer affair this . But I hesitated leaving a review then I thought it is what it has been an act of bad faith .

I recently had a fire in my home. After having a restoration /cleaning crew out, I booked Alliance Environmental Group to take care of cleaning my HVAC system to remove soot from the air system. I was contacted by Roy who was very professional booking. Today Ricardo and David came out and took care of everything. They were on time, They explained what they were doing step by step even though I didn't ask to be kept in the loop. They were extremely professional. Its hard to find companies in this industry that provide excellent customer service from beginning to end of the assignment. That was my experience with this company. This company had me pay for a permit before I was given a bid, and then refused to release the permit after I decided to go with a different contractor.
