Great customer service and always takes care of me!

I spoke with the owner, Randy on a Friday evening inquiring about services for an ant infestation in my home. He was so friendly and down to earth and happily helped me with an estimate without pressuring me. After calling other pest control companies, I immediately called Randy back because not only did he offer me a better price, but he didn’t treat me like I was someone he could sell something to. I called after hours the second time and left a message expecting to not get a call back until 4 days later as this was the beginning of a holiday weekend. Randy called me back soon after and set up a service for me the next morning. The next morning, the technician came out on time and listened to me, explained everything very well and did a wonderful job at getting rid of all of the ants in and around the outside of my house. He was also such a kind man, just as Randy is, and had nothing but good things to say about his boss and the company as a whole. I am so appreciative to them both for helping a mom of two boys out in a jam, I can’t even put it into words. I am so happy I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control.

Every interaction was Very Professional, from the initial phone call (Randy) to the Pest Contol Technician (Nehemiah) arriving at my door. I didn't realize I was speaking with the owner (Randy), he patiently explained the service options, price options, scheduling availability and he even took the time to recommend what would work best for my situation. I didn't feel rushed, he was patient as I made my decision. Randy was even able to get me same day service... on a holiday weekend. Nehemiah was on time, courteous, dressed neatly with the company uniform, professional work boots and a great attitude. I basically received old school customer service in 2025! I had been calling around all morning; I encountered everything from outrageous price quotes, long hold times to arrogant service Reps. Call Integrity Pest Control...they are their name. ..do not waste time.

Veteran friendly, Integrity Pest Management is a business I would recommend to family and friends. We have been calling Randy (the owner) for our pest control needs for over 10 years. An exceptional young employee names Neamya preformed today’s pest control application. His outstanding customer service is apparent when he greets you at the door. He answered all my questions about the products he applied around our house and yard. If you meet this young man, I’m sure you will see what I mean. Met the owner Randy, at Safeway yesterday. Was making a Joke about Pawn Stars. 😜 We chatted briefly, and we told me about his company. I told him I had an any problem, he said he could fix that. Went to look his company up and very happy to see the 5 star reviews. After a bad experience with a pest control company when we first moved here, I feel better knowing who to call now.

Wonderful customer service! Randy, his son David and the entire Integrity Pest Control team go way above and beyond to provide excellent service and results. I had a lot of spiders, including black widows, as well as earwigs and other bugs that kept getting inside my country house, and Integrity Pest solved the problem after their first visit. Now I’m on a regular bi-monthly maintenance schedule with them and I’m so happy I don’t have any creepy crawly bugs in my house, garage or backyard anymore. Randy and his team are very responsive, reliable, accommodating and also reasonably priced. I have cats and I was concerned about their safety, but they assured me that the spray they use is harmless to people, pets and wildlife. They are very kind, honest people who provide good old-fashion customer service. I only wish I had found them sooner! :)

Integrity pest was awesome as the company that saved my escrow. I’m a broker and we were a week from closing the sale and at the appraisal appointment, a rat was in the utility closet. OMG, they discovered it was the fruit tree’s juicy oranges that fell to the ground… left by the owner. Integrity Pest found where the whole was sealed it and set traps. He assured us that they wouldn’t return if the oranges are picked up’d. My clients were so happy and they were comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. They have now been the happy homeowners for almost 2years…..I highly recommend Integrity pest.

This is a family run business, so when you call, you are talking to the owner. Randy has amazing customer service and works with you. I have a regular service with them and the technicians are all awesome. I highly recommend this company.

Friendly and responsive. Whenever there is a spider in the garden or house, I can text to ask if it's safe. That's is the type of reassurance I didn't get from any other providers. 100% recommend using them!

Randy is absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with exterminating. I have just moved into this home and started seeing big roaches the following day. Randy came out and within a couple of hours, bodies of bugs were starting to be seen. He is a true and honest exterminator that cares about fixing the problem, not making a buck.
