I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience as a health concern. During a recent service, the technician sprayed my yard in a way that caused chemical drips from the roof, contaminating my herb garden, outdoor pizza oven, patio cushions, and even my truck. I was never notified in advance, unlike previous services. But I was asked via text to leave a review so here it is! I noticed droplets hitting my window and my husband’s truck. If this was an i

We have rat service. Once again today the tech called to say he was 15 minutes away. I have asked in the past to tell me in advance when is my appointment since i have a job and dogs and they camnot do the service with the gate locked and the dogs in the yard. I cant just leave work without advance nitice and today we happen to be on vacation so i cant come home to let the tec inside. This happens every time and evey time i ask for advance notice but it never happens.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They cannot follow simple instructions.They never show up during the time window that THEY provide! I’ve requested a call upon arrival because I have to drive to the property that needs servicing, they’ve failed to do so every time! I’m so glad we’ve given them notice of cancellation.I’ve sat and waited for over an hour at times! If anyone needs a recommendation for a great company, let me know!
