They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a pretty bad rat and black widow problem in our home. We set up a bi monthly plan and after the first treatments we have seen a dramatic difference. I highly recommend this business.

My wife called the owner at 8:30pm freaking out about some mouse droppings and the owner was absolutely amazing. He said, “I live a mile from you and I’m still in work clothes, I will be there shortly.” It’s now 8:46pm and he’s here busting his butt.

I've had Golden Eagle Pest Control for a year now and I am very happy with the company. I've had a problem with earwigs since I moved to my house 18 years ago so I've always had to have bimonthly sprayings. I met Tim and was so happy to learn that he does not over dilute his chemicals. My previous company over diluted so they had to spray inside the house and I would see bugs inside after 4-5 weeks. Since I have been using Golden Eagle, Tim sprays the entire perimeter of the house (he does not need to come inside ) and I've had no problem with bugs inside the house between sprayings. Additionally Tim matched the price of my previous company and he also maintains a rodent bait station outside my house. My previous company did not provide this service. I highly recommend Golden Eagle Pest Control. They are very thorough and professional, add in good prices and excellent personal service and it's one less thing I have to worry about.

We were customers for eight years. The only reason we are no longer is because we moved out of state. Tim was very consistent with visits and seemed incredibly knowledgeable regarding his work. When we had a pest emergency he was willing to advise over the phone and/or come out if it didn't get better. I greatly appreciated his service over the years.

My experience with Golden Eagle pest control with owner Tim Russell has been more than outstanding . Tim is knowledgeable and what's impressive is he has a college degree in this field (Entomologist) and knows all the specific bugs that are in your part of town where you live. Tim takes his time and treats the customer with respect and a realistic view about the situation with a aggressive approach to satisfying the customer. I was referred to Tim by a life long Elk resident and he's not like the BIG NAME Orkin company who charges outrageous money with lack of knowledge about the landscape of the area and bugs that are in it who btw my neighbors use and can't wait until their contract expires because of lousy service, so if eradication and consistency and knowledge with outstanding results call Tim he's a hometown guy with great prices and responds quick fast and in a hurry!!!!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
