I’ve been a Bell pest customer for over five years. Every time they come to my home, there is an issue. They cannot reach my wasps. I had to buy a tool in order to reach them myself. The pests are not controlled, causing me to buy chemicals to eliminate them myself. I took a half day for the technician to come out today and he never showed up.

This review is for my AMAZING bug technician Isaiah. I’ve been with Bell Pest Control for a while now and through all the bug technicians I’ve had with this company Isaiah is definitely my favorite. He is extremely thorough and friendly. You can really tell he cares and values his customers. He fully treats all my bug issues and always goes above and beyond to make sure you have no issues until your next treatment. With Isaiah I have NEVER needed a request for a respray before my next treatment. I always make sure with management that I’m on his schedule for service and hope he stays with the company for a while because I don’t want anyone else. Thank you so much Isaiah for being such a kind, thorough bug technician that ALWAYS eliminates my bug issues! Truly appreciate you😁!

Backyard was not done, didn’t get a knock on the front door. Please come back and spray the backyard

He was here for about 10 minutes. He did not get the cobwebs and he did not even go around my pool area and spray for bugs. Worst service ever. I would like to cancel my service and have a refund of this last service.

As usual, our technician Isaiah K. did an outstanding job working around our home. When I asked for a couple of specific areas to be addressed, he took care of them right away. We've been Bell Pest Control customers for years in two different homes. You can always expect quality service, consistent communication, and customer oriented follow-through. Kudos!

Bugs started to show up after a few months. We called Bell, whom we had used for decades at our old residence. Darrell showed up when expected, was friendly and very professional. He took care of what we needed, and put us on schedule for bi monthly visits. Calling Bell Pest Control was a superb decision on our part!!

We have used Bell Pest Control for over 10 years. We have been very happy with their services. If we ever have an issue in between our regular sprays they are very accommodating will come back as soon as they can. We have had several technicians over the years- and each has been nice, informative, and very professional. They are super responsible about the gate too! Our latest tech, Eric B. has been the same person for over a year (I believe)- I like that- knowing who is coming. August 2026 update: Bell has either been sold or partnered with Purcor. Much of the transition has been smooth. However I have had about 5 technicians in the past 3-4 years. Also, the prices have gone up while the time at my house has gone down. It could be that they are just more efficient, but more likely that they are less thorough.
